It is often hard for new vegans, or even seasoned vegans, to filter through all of the ingredients to understand what is in fact vegan friendly.

There’s a lot of accidentally vegan cereal lists out on the internet, but these are often quite dated and not informative to let Australian’s know what recent releases are actually available now. You could have been missing out on some absolutely delicious items for YEARS!

Here’s a list of some of the more recent releases in the cereal market that are vegan friendly cereal options.

You can find more vegan cereal options here:

New Project (31).jpg

Now the No Nasties range is a great little gem for parents looking for less sugary alternatives to more traditional cereals that are available.

The No Nasties range has three breakfast cereals available, but only two of them are vegan friendly - Rice Pops and Choco Bombs.

As I said, these are great less sugary alternatives, offering 50% less sugar than traditional brands. They also include popular Disney characters on their products, which can be a bit more eye popping for children.

There really is little difference in flavours and are a great option that are now available exclusively in Woolworths supermarkets. They are $5 each, but are often half price.

* Please also be mindful that No Nasties have available a range of flavour ice blocks that are vegan friendly and offer 50% less sugar than other alternatives available.

*All of these were vegan friendly at the time of publishing this article. Please be mindful that companies often change ingredients from time to time, so please make sure you double check before purchasing. If you have any accidentally vegan suggestion please get in contact
