Simple Vegan Chocolate Muffins

Simple Vegan Chocolate Muffins

Okay friends, here’s one of the simplest vegan chocolate muffin recipe that you’ll ever find - guaranteed to be SUPER fluffy every time!

I love baking a muffin - banana, blueberries, raspberry - but honestly these chocolate muffins are always a hit. They only have a handful of ingredients, are fluffy and are also soy free.

A lot of vegan friendly muffin recipes generally require adding in some soy milk or bananas to make a fluffy muffin, but not this recipe.

This easy vegan chocolate muffin recipe liquid ingredient is simply just warm water! The warm water, when mixed with the other raising agents, produces some of the fluffiest vegan chocolate muffins I’ve ever made.

I do love a simple recipe, and this recipe is another absolute winner.

Vegan cake or muffin recipes have a habit of requiring a flax egg, and honestly most of the time you can taste that gritty flax in your mixture. With the use of activating ingredients such as bi carb soda, apple cider vinegar and warm water, that gritty flax taste is totally eliminated in this incredible vegan chocolate muffin recipe.

Alternatively, if you aren’t in the mood for vegan chocolate muffins, you can easily adapt this recipe by simply replacing your muffin tin with a cake tin.

Chocolate fans, you’ve gotta get around this vegan chocolate muffin recipe.
