Hot Cross Bun Flavoured Protein Balls - Simple Vegan Protein Balls
1/2 cup almondsā
1/2 cup rolled oatsā
1/2 cup desiccated coconutā
1 tbsp mixed spiceā
1/2 tsp ground cinnamonā
1/2 tsp ground clovesā
1 scoop vanilla protein powderā
1/3 cup sultanasā
1/3 cup orange juiceā
2 tbsp vegan butter, meltedā
METHOD
Place almonds, rolled oats, desiccated coconut, mixed spice, cinnamon, ground cloves and protein powder into a food processor and blend until texture is smooth.ā
Add in sultanas, orange juice and vegan butter. Blend again and the mixture comes togetherā
Roll into desired sized balls. ā
